Hop cop bopped

A POLICEMAN is recovering after being kicked and punched by a dwarf kangaroo. He suffered cuts and bruises as he tried to stop the marsupial hopping onto a motorway. It was captured by his colleagues and returned to its zoo in Verl, Germany.
